Job title: Social Media Coordinator

Position period: 3 months with possibility of extension

Position type: Part-time (10-20 hours per week)

Must be in the UAE.
Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
Having an art and marketing background is preferred but not required.


Job description:
This opportunity is open to candidates with previous experience on marketing and communications with a focus on social media and public engagement. Dirwaza is looking for an enthusiastic addition to the team to help curate a stronger social media presence.


Required Documents:

  • C.V.
  • Portfolio of previous work in social media.
  • Cover letter is encouraged but not required.
  • Optional: link to personal or professional socials.



  • Exhibition posts and stories.
  • Live coverage of any event involving Dirwaza.
  • Continuing series of Dirwaza posts.
  • Upload on Dirwaza story opportunities and art events in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
  • Create holiday stories for Dirwaza’s account.
  • Help plan social media post scheduling.
  • Report on social media data and engagement.


Efficient in:

  • Microsoft software.
  • Google suite.
  • Adobe program or similar graphic design programs .
  • Video editing.
  • Understanding the market & its requirements.
  • Understanding the social media tools vs its exposure and impact.
